1992

An individual proprietorship firm with Mr. Dipesh Dasadia as its entrepreneur came into existence under the name of Dips Secutrons dealing in the video projection system with the working capital of mere Rs.30000.

1993-96

Firm dealt only in the video projection system business in all over India with the average turnover of about 30-40 lacks.

1994-95

Dips Secutrons was converted into a partnership firm with Mr. Kalpesh shah joining as a partner.

1996-97

The partnership firm was converted into Private Limited. Company.

1997

CCTV system was in the business as a line of activity.

2000

Expansion in the systems were made by including more wide range of security products like Fire Alarm, Public Address System, Access Control System, Perimeter Protection, Project Consultancy.

2000-03

Average turnover was 1.5 crore i.e. 3 times more compared to the initial turnover and the net investment amounting to Rs 50 lacks.
